Company Program is a program created by Junior Achievement to allow youth to experience the real business world. High school students join business teams to create a business. These teams must think of a product to sell and they will partake in sales and advertising, just like a real business. In their teams, students are split into different departments: IT, Human resources, Finance, Production, Environment, and Marketing. These different departments are responsible for their own unique tasks and they all contain and vice president.
